Our Commitment

Cee By Design is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures Taken

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

  • All images include descriptive alternative text for screen readers.
  • All form inputs are properly labeled and associated with their descriptions and error messages.
  • Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA standards (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text).
  • Full keyboard navigation is supported throughout the site, including the booking flow.
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
  • A skip-to-content link is provided for keyboard users.
  • Modal dialogs include focus trapping and can be dismissed with the Escape key.
  • ARIA attributes are used to provide context for screen readers.
  • The site respects the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting for users sensitive to motion.
  • The site is fully responsive and usable across devices and screen sizes.

Third-Party Content

Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own accessibility standards. While we strive to ensure accessibility across our entire site, some third-party content may not be fully within our control.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all areas of our website, some content or features may not yet fully conform. We are committed to continuously identifying and addressing accessibility gaps as they are discovered. We regularly review our site, incorporate user feedback, and implement improvements to ensure the best possible experience for all visitors.
