Cee By Design is a creative studio designed for photographers, creators, and visionaries to bring their ideas to life in a clean, intentional environment. To maintain the quality of the space and experience, the following terms apply to all bookings.
A minimum booking of 2 hours is required. Full payment is required to secure your reservation, and bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Payments are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If a booking request is not approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule.
Once a booking has been rescheduled, it is considered final and non-refundable. Any additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Your booking time begins at your scheduled start time and includes setup and breakdown. We recommend arriving on time to maximize your session.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled. One reschedule will be honored at no additional cost; any additional reschedules may result in forfeiture of payment.
Late arrivals do not extend your booking time.
If availability allows, additional time may be added to your session. Any extension beyond 10 minutes will be billed at the studio's hourly rate.
Cee By Design is a professional creative space and must be treated with care and respect at all times.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
The recommended capacity is 4-6 people per session. Larger groups must be approved in advance.
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all guests, clients, and participants and is responsible for ensuring all individuals follow studio rules.
The studio must be returned in the same condition it was received. All furniture and equipment must be reset, and all trash must be removed.
A cleaning fee (starting at $150+) may be applied if the space is not returned to its original condition.
All equipment, furniture, and fixtures must be handled with care. No items may be taped, pinned, or adhered to walls, and large items may not be moved without permission.
Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property will be charged accordingly.
Cee By Design is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages that occur during your session.
By booking, you accept full responsibility for yourself and all individuals present in the studio.
Cee By Design is not responsible for any disputes between renters and their clients, models, or collaborators.
Security cameras are installed in common areas of the studio for safety and protection. Cameras are not placed in private areas such as changing spaces.
By booking or entering the studio, you consent to video recording.
By booking or entering the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service outlined above.
